Frequently Asked Questions
Who pays for emergency tree removal services?
The cost of emergency tree removal is the responsibility of a home owner's insurance company if a tree or large branch falls onto the primary structure on the property due to a severe weather event. For secondary structures (fences, storage sheds, etc), most insurance policies will offer limited coverage. In either case, a home owner is NEVER asked to pay ANYTHING directly to a service provider.
What if my home is not insured?
If the home is occupied or had been occupied on the day a tree or large branch falls on to the home, it can be removed FREE of charge.
Who will remove the tree(s)?
We maintain a network of pre-qualified arborists and tree removal specialists across the United States. Upon receiving a request for emergency services, the nearest provider will be dispatched to your home.
